Terms of Service
These terms govern access to the Spatial OS technical beta and paid Core subscription.
Service
Spatial OS converts home outcomes into inspectable policies, simulations and explicitly approved device actions. It is not an emergency, medical, security-monitoring or life-safety service.
User responsibility
You must own or be authorized to control every connected Home Assistant instance and device. Review each proposed action, maintain safe manual controls and test automations before relying on them.
Safety boundary
Spatial OS may block high-risk actions, but no software can guarantee every device, integration or network behaves correctly. Exterior unlock is blocked by this beta. Never use the service where failure could cause injury, unlawful entry or material damage.
Billing
Core is billed at US$19 per month unless the checkout states otherwise. Creem acts as merchant of record and handles tax, receipts, payment details, refunds and subscription management. You may cancel through the link in your Creem receipt or customer portal.
Beta availability
The service may change, pause or remove integrations during the beta. We may suspend access for abuse, unauthorized control attempts, payment failure or security risk.
Warranty and liability
The beta is provided as available without guarantees of uninterrupted operation or universal device compatibility. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to fees paid for the service during the preceding three months.
Acceptable use
Do not probe other users' homes, bypass approval gates, automate unlawful surveillance, interfere with the service or resell access without written permission.
